A shudder has to be felt to be found, so we road test it with the equipment connected. It can be the fluid, a sensor, a mount or even an engine misfire, and we work out which.
Options and a price
Service, repair or replace, each priced, and you pick one. Replacements carry nationwide warranty coverage, and every repair goes on your CarFax record.
Transmission replacements are covered nationwide
Covered by our 12-month, 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty, transferable if you sell the vehicle. A replacement adds nationwide coverage, so a breakdown out of state is still covered. Every job is reported to CarFax.
