All servicesOur warranty
12 months, 12,000 miles, parts and labor. It transfers with the vehicle if you sell it, engine and transmission replacements add nationwide coverage, and every repair goes on your CarFax.
What it coversHow drop-off works
Dropping off from Cabot
Three steps, whether it is an oil change or a multi-day engine job.
Call before you drive down
Ring (501) 747-7752 with the year, model and what it is doing. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, closed weekends, and we would rather you made the drive once, on a day we have the bay time.
Leave it and arrange a ride
Heavy engine work means the vehicle stays. Bring somebody to follow you down, or plan the drop-off around a day you are already coming into the metro for something else. Most of our Cabot customers do the second one.
Get updates without driving back
Text (501) 439-8228 any time. We send photos of what we found, which means you can approve or ask questions from your kitchen instead of making a second twenty-six-minute trip to look at a camshaft.

FAQ
Cabot questions
Cabot has no GM dealership. Where do I take a GM?
We are about twenty-two miles down US 67/167, now signed as Interstate 57, with no turns in between. GM is the whole focus of this shop rather than one category, so a camshaft and lifter job or a transmission is routine here rather than an occasional booking.
Exit 16 is torn up. What is the best way down?
Use Exit 19 at AR-89 instead. ArDOT began rebuilding the Exit 16 interchange in 2026, so it has been a moving target. From Exit 19 take US 67/167 south to I-40, then west into North Little Rock.
Does using an independent shop void my factory warranty?
No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to have your vehicle serviced at any qualified repair shop without voiding the factory warranty, as long as the parts meet manufacturer specifications. Ours do, and every repair is reported to CarFax so the record exists if anyone asks.
Do you charge more because I drove in from out of town?
No. The estimate is based on the work, not on where you started. We are a shop rather than a mobile service, so you bring the vehicle to us at 901 N Olive Street in North Little Rock.
Will you keep me updated while you have my vehicle?
Yes. We call before any work starts, and we call again if what we find changes the plan. You can also text (501) 439-8228 any time you want a status update or a photo of what we are looking at.
