Is there a charge for diagnosis?
Yes. Diagnosis is $150 per hour. That covers finding the actual fault with factory equipment, and you get an estimate to approve before any repair starts.
What electrical work do you handle?

How do you find an intermittent electrical fault?
We use factory scan tools, repair manuals and proper diagnostic equipment. That is the difference between finding the fault and replacing parts until something works.
My truck lit up several warning lights at once. What causes that?
Often a corroded ground connection rather than an expensive part. There is a known problem on 2019 to 2023 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 where the engine-to-body ground straps, G132 and G134, corrode behind the front passenger wheel liner. It sets off power steering, trailer brake, ABS and traction control warnings together. A shop that has not seen it starts replacing modules, so we check the grounds first.
