FAQ
Before you book
Do you give estimates before starting work?
Always. We diagnose it first at $150 per hour, then give you a detailed estimate to approve before any repair starts. If we find something else along the way, we call you first.
Is there a charge for diagnosis?
Yes. Diagnosis is $150 per hour. That covers finding the actual fault with factory equipment, and you get an estimate to approve before any repair starts.
How long will my service take?
Oil changes take 30 to 45 minutes. Repairs vary with what we find. We give you a time estimate at drop-off and call you if it changes.
Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
Both, and it is your call. Genuine GM parts are available, and we also carry quality aftermarket parts that meet or exceed factory specifications at a lower cost. We will go over the options with you.
Can I bring my own parts for you to install?
No. We do not install customer-supplied parts. If we did not source the part we cannot stand behind it, and we are not willing to hand back a repair we cannot warranty. We source everything we install and we will tell you what is going on the vehicle before we start.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit cards and debit cards, plus financing through Affirm and Sunbit. Payment is due at pickup. For major repairs we will go over the estimate in advance so you can plan for it.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Affirm and Sunbit. You can also pay at pickup by cash, credit or debit card.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. We are at 901 N Olive Street in North Little Rock, and we work by appointment only.
