What it covers

How drop-off works

Dropping off from Maumelle

Book it before you drive out

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed on weekends. Call (501) 747-7752 and tell us the year, model and symptom so we can hold the right amount of bay time for it.

Leave it on your way in

Because Maumelle Boulevard feeds the same interchange as your commute, most people drop the vehicle on the way to work rather than making a dedicated trip. Hand us the keys and go.

Multi-day jobs stay updated

A cam and lifter job or a transmission rebuild is not a same-day repair, and we will tell you that up front rather than after. Text (501) 439-8228 whenever you want a status and we will send photos of where it stands.

They were very nice and honest. After going to 2 dealerships and not getting my car fixed they had me ready to go in 2 days!

FAQ

Maumelle questions

Is there a GM dealership in Maumelle?

No. Maumelle has no Chevrolet, GMC, Buick or Cadillac franchise store, so GM owners here are already leaving town for specialist work. We are roughly fourteen miles away in North Little Rock, and GM is the whole focus of this shop rather than one badge among twenty.

Do you work on Escalades and Denalis, or only trucks?

Both. Loaded GM SUVs are a large share of what we see from Maumelle. The 6.2L V8 in a Denali or an Escalade is an L86 or L87, which is exactly the engine family our camshaft and lifter work centers on, and we handle the transmissions, climate systems and electronics behind them too.

Does using an independent shop void my factory warranty?

No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to have your vehicle serviced at any qualified repair shop without voiding the factory warranty, as long as the parts meet manufacturer specifications. Ours do, and every repair is reported to CarFax so the record exists if anyone asks.

Do you charge more because I drove in from out of town?

No. The estimate is based on the work, not on where you started. We are a shop rather than a mobile service, so you bring the vehicle to us at 901 N Olive Street in North Little Rock.

Will you keep me updated while you have my vehicle?

Yes. We call before any work starts, and we call again if what we find changes the plan. You can also text (501) 439-8228 any time you want a status update or a photo of what we are looking at.
