Our process

How we diagnose an AC problem

We check what it is doing now

How cold the air actually is, whether the fan is working, and whether the compressor is coming on at all. Half of a warm-air complaint is settled in the first five minutes.

Pressures, electrics and leaks

We check the pressure on both sides of the system, then the electrical side people forget: the sensors, relays, control module and the little doors that decide where the air goes. If it is low, we find where it went.

Estimate, repair, then test it

You approve the price, we do the work, then we refill the system properly and measure the vent temperature again before it goes back to you.

AC work carries the same 12-month warranty

Covered by our 12-month, 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty, transferable if you sell the vehicle, and reported to CarFax. It has to still be cold next summer, not just on the day you pick it up.
