Why would I drive to North Little Rock from Conway?

Yes. Older Chevrolet, GMC, Buick and Cadillac vehicles are a large part of what we see from Conway, and we still work on Pontiac, Saturn, Oldsmobile and Hummer, which plenty of shops have stopped doing. We are also happy to explain the estimate to a parent who is paying for it from out of state.
Does using an independent shop void my factory warranty?
No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to have your vehicle serviced at any qualified repair shop without voiding the factory warranty, as long as the parts meet manufacturer specifications. Ours do, and every repair is reported to CarFax so the record exists if anyone asks.
Do you charge more because I drove in from out of town?
No. The estimate is based on the work, not on where you started. We are a shop rather than a mobile service, so you bring the vehicle to us at 901 N Olive Street in North Little Rock.
