Our process
How we inspect brakes
We drive it and listen
A noise, a shake, a pull to one side or a soft pedal tells us where to look before the wheels come off. Sometimes it turns out to be tires or suspension instead.
Wheels off
We measure how much pad is left, check the rotors for wear and warping, and look at the calipers, hoses and fluid. If a warning light is on, we read it with the factory equipment.
You get the numbers
What is worn, what is fine, and what we would do next. You approve the price, and we do only that.
Brake work is covered for 12 months and 12,000 miles
Parts and labor, transferable if you sell the vehicle, and reported to CarFax. You also choose the parts: genuine GM if you prefer them, or quality aftermarket that meets or exceeds factory specification. We will walk you through the difference instead of deciding for you.
