From routine service to heavy engine work.

What it coversDropping it off
Dropping off from Little Rock
Drop it and keep moving
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed weekends. Being this close to downtown means a drop-off is a short detour rather than a lost morning. Call ahead at (501) 747-7752 and we will tell you what the schedule looks like.
Keys and approval
Hand us the keys and tell us what the vehicle is doing, in whatever words you have. We diagnose it, then call you with an estimate. Nothing gets touched until you approve it, and if the job grows you hear it from us before it shows up on the invoice.
Updates by text
If a job runs multiple days, text (501) 439-8228 whenever you want a status. We send photos of what we found, which is how most people first see the inside of their own engine.

FAQ
Little Rock questions
How long does it take to reach you from downtown Little Rock?
About seven minutes. We are roughly three miles away, straight across the Arkansas River on I-30, and then two blocks off the interstate at 901 N Olive Street. We are deliberately not quoting an exit number because the 30 Crossing project keeps rearranging them.
A Little Rock dealership could not find my problem. Will you look at it?
Yes, and that is a call we take often. Bring it in, we will diagnose it with factory-level scan tools, and we will tell you what we find whether or not it is something we can fix. You get an estimate before any work starts.
Does using an independent shop void my factory warranty?
No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to have your vehicle serviced at any qualified repair shop without voiding the factory warranty, as long as the parts meet manufacturer specifications. Ours do, and every repair is reported to CarFax so the record exists if anyone asks.
Do you charge more because I drove in from out of town?
No. The estimate is based on the work, not on where you started. We are a shop rather than a mobile service, so you bring the vehicle to us at 901 N Olive Street in North Little Rock.
Will you keep me updated while you have my vehicle?
Yes. We call before any work starts, and we call again if what we find changes the plan. You can also text (501) 439-8228 any time you want a status update or a photo of what we are looking at.
