What we check
What we check at every service
The right oil for your engine
We look up what your engine is actually supposed to take, rather than pouring the same thing into everything that comes through the door.
Oil, filter and a full look over
Oil and filter changed and filled to the right level. Then we check the belts, hoses, brakes, tires, suspension, battery, fluids and anything that is leaking.
We tell you what we saw
Anything urgent, anything to keep an eye on, and anything that is genuinely fine. Your oil life light gets reset and the visit goes on your CarFax record.
Maintenance here does not void your factory warranty
The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to use any qualified repair shop, and our parts and fluids meet manufacturer specification.
Our own work carries a 12-month, 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty, batteries we install come with free replacement for 24 months, and every service is reported to CarFax.
FAQ
Oil change questions
How long does an oil change take?
Oil changes typically take 30 to 45 minutes.
What is included?
Oil and filter changes, multi-point inspections, fluid level checks and top-offs, filter replacements for air, cabin and fuel, tire rotation and pressure checks, and scheduled maintenance services.
Do you follow the manufacturer schedule?
Yes. We follow manufacturer specifications and use quality filters and fluids. The 30, 60 and 90 thousand mile services are filters, fluids and inspections scheduled by mileage rather than by symptom, and we follow the schedule for your vehicle instead of a generic upsell menu.
What oil do you use?
Whatever your engine is specified to take, looked up from the factory information for your vehicle rather than poured from the same jug for everything. On most GM gasoline engines that means a dexos1 Gen 3 licensed synthetic oil, and the grade is not the same for every engine.
Do oil changes get reported to CarFax?
Yes. Every service we perform is reported to CarFax, so your maintenance history is documented for resale.
Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
Yes. Every visit is by appointment, oil changes included. Call or text and we will find you a slot.
